The Eddy at Riverview Landing

I have always been impressed with the efficiency in which the leasing office manager Ms. Sparkle, Mr. Lee and the Maintaince service technicians , Mr. Joe, Mr. Chris, Mr. James all work to correct any issues that arise. I have decided to remain here verses moving. I enjoy the location which is close to everything. The Sky Lounge is a great to relax after a long day of work.

While the community is lovely….I’ve lived here for 1 year and the air has gone out 7 times. When I call to get it fixed it always seems to be after hours and no one ever comes. Leasing office needs to figure out their after hour maintenance system. Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars only because the maintenance man Chris was very helpful over the last few days with the air. If it wasn’t for him I would still be very upset. I appreciate his diligence in getting this fixed for me! Keep him around!

Update 7/6/23 The level of care this complex continues to provide amazes me. I'd like to shout out Lee Robertson who has continued to make this experience amazing. I have never met a leasing consultant who maintains and nurtures the guest experience like he has. From showing us various apartments to seamless communication, I have no complaints. This entire team is wonderful! Jennifer Van, thank you so much giving an amazing tour to us today. Your spirit and energy was so energetic and contagious! She should give a masterclass on providing a customer experience. The tour was insightful and we were able to look at a studio today which feels like a one bedroom. I loved the amenities including the gym and pool along with the other features (coffee shop and restaurants that are connected with the property).

Sparkle the property manager at the Eddy at Riverview went above and beyond to make sure I got into my apartment. I had my locks changed before going out of town. The apartment didn’t have an extra mailbox key to place a new key in. I arrived back in town at 1 am. I called the emergency line to advise I was locked out of my apartment. Less than 30 minutes later I was in my apartment. I can’t say thank you enough because after a long trip I was really ready for my bed. Thanks Sparkle for coming out late at night to help me out. Only check this place out if you love beautiful surroundings, modern amenities, and a seamless moving experience. If you rather live a zillion miles from outdoor activities and have to have to wash your pup in your bathroom instead of a doggie spa this place is NOT for you. However, if you like me ❤️❤️❤️❤️ living close to the city but not close enough to deal with all of those horrible things that come with it (traffic, loud construction, crime, and …) may I suggest going to The Eddy at Riverwalk? Jen Van, assistant manager went above and beyond to ensure that my new apartment met all my expectations. Her attention to detail and willingness to address even the smallest of my concerns were commendable and truly reflect her commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire leasing experience was an absolute pleasure, and I am thrilled to call this new apartment my home. The modern amenities, immaculate condition, and thoughtfully designed interiors have exceeded my expectations. I don’t want to forget Lee, the other super star leasing agent! I was genuinely impressed by his high level of professionalism and warmth that he exhibited throughout. Honestly, it’s the little things that make all the difference, and personal touches, like the welcome gift and the detailed orientation of the apartment complex (thanks again Lee), did not go unnoticed. It's evident that they take pride in their work, and it reflects in the exceptional service they provided. So finally folks. Treat yourself as they have treated me. You deserve it!

I put in a work order earlier today to have my garbage disposal and dish washer fixed. Chris came and fixed it right away, he was really nice and he fixed everything quickly. Updated review: I lived at the Eddy for two years and had a great experience overall. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Any issues I had were fixed promptly and properly. Thank you guys for a great experience!
